Some Baptists love a little booklet entitled “Trail of Blood” which claims to prove that Baptists are the original church and they can trace their genealogy back to John the Baptist.
They claim the heretical Catholics persecuted them and pushed them “underground” until they re-emerged after the “Reformation”. Is it true? Bosh, of course not.
Here is a recent 30- minute YouTube video I did with William Hemsworth explaining what they believe, destroying their arguments and again demonstrating the fact that the Catholic Church was the Church Jesus founded which has a continuous presence and leadership since the 1st century.
