Church leaders remember pioneering Haitian-American bishop
On Saturday, Aug. 21, Retired Auxiliary Bishop Guy Sansaricq of Brooklyn and the first Haitian born bishop in the United States died at age 86. Those that knew him described him as a lifeline to the Haitian community.
