World’s oldest Assumptionist priest dies at 104 in Diocese of Worcester
Father Oliver Blanchette, the oldest Assumptionist in the world and beloved by many in the Worcester Diocese, died May 11 at Notre Dame Long Term Care Center in Worcester after a period of declining health. He was 104.
