Alleged vandal faces hate crime charge after major damage to Denver’s Catholic cathedral

A 26-year-old woman has turned herself in on two charges related to some $10,000 in vandalism damage to Denver’s Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Nearly 1,000 hate crimes against Europe’s Christians recorded in 2020

According to newly published data from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the number of hate crimes against Christians in Europe rose sharply in 2020.
