L’Osservatore Romano devoted its most prominent front-page coverage on February 5 to the Tarapacá migrant crisis, in which refugees, fleeing political repression and economic collapse in Venezuela, have sought a new home in Chile—where anti-migrant protests have grown, and migrant camps have been destroyed.
