Will a scheduled Mass be reinstated at the national shrine?

On July 29, the Paulus Institute, which organized the Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, wrote to Cardinal Wilton Gregory asking him to reinstate the scheduled Mass by Monday, Aug. 2.
