She was born on June 30, 1973, in Tiba (East Timor).
She is married and has 5 children.
She has a degree in Accounting (East Timor Institute of Business).
Among other things, he carried out the following activities: in the financial and banking sector of various companies (1995-2010); Consultant in administration and finance at the Ministry of Tourism (2012-2016); Entrepreneur in various sectors, she is an active member of the Board of Business Organizations for the emancipation and leadership of women in the private sector (2017-2020).
