Archbishop Bernard Hebda has announced the following appointments in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:

Effective August 17, 2020

Deacon Robert Wagner retired from diaconal ministry. Deacon Wagner has served the Archdiocese as a deacon since his ordination in 1994, most recently as deacon of the Church of Saint Wenceslaus in New Prague.

Reverend Gregory Wiest, C.Ss.R., assigned to residence at the Church of Saint Alphonsus in Brooklyn Center. Father Wiest is a priest of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, Denver Province.

Effective August 28, 2020

Deacon John Vomastek, assigned to exercise the ministry of a permanent deacon at the Church of Saint Ambrose of Woodbury. This is a transfer from his current assignment at the Church of Saint Patrick in Inver Grove Heights and as Associate Director for Diaconal Formation for the Archdiocese.
