Lourdes sanctuary closes pools, prompted by coronoavirus fears (Il Messaggero (Italian))

Officials of the Marian sanctuary at Lourdes have closed down the pools in which pilgrims traditionally bath, as a measure to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Pilgrims will still be welcome at the sanctuary, with officials saying that they are adopting new measures to screen both pilgrims and caretakers for the virus.
