Abortions in Minnesota drop to lowest since 1974
The number of abortions performed in Minnesota dropped 8% last year compared to 2019, to the lowest level since 1974, the Minnesota Department of Health reported July 1.

Saying Nebraska is “a pro-life state,” Gov. Pete Ricketts Aug. 15 signed into law a ban on dismemberment abortions, which he said stops a “horrific procedure” and is “an important step to strengthen our culture of life.”
