WASHINGTON – Pope Francis has appointed Most Reverend Andriy Rabiy, as auxiliary bishop for the Ukrainian Archeparchy of Winnipeg (Canada). Bishop Rabiy is currently auxiliary bishop for the Ukrainian Archeparchy of Philadelphia.

The appointment was publicized in Washington, D.C. on November 10, 2022, by Archbishop Christophe Pierre, apostolic nuncio to the United States.

The Archeparchy of Winnipeg is the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Manitoba, Canada.
