Father Nikandr Pinchuk, a priest in Russia’s Sverdlovsk Oblast (map), has been fined two months’ wages for a social media post opposing the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Father Pinchuk is a priest of the semi-autonomous Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia.
