Bishop Peter Libasci, 69, was accused in a lawsuit of abusing a teenage boy in the 1980s.

“While Bishop Libasci has great compassion for victims of sexual abuse, he will be forced to vigorously defend against these false allegations in court,” his attorney said in response.
