Against the Pope’s Will, Belgian Bishops Led by Cardinal Jozef De Kesel Approve “Catholic Blessing” of Gay Couples

This decision is openly against the will of the Pope who, through the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, issued a clarifying note in February of 2021, specifying that this type of blessing is not possible in the Catholic Church. The note states explicitly that Pope Francis gave his assent to its publication.

Former President of Ireland Litigates Against the Pope Over An Ancient Author’s Book on the Website of a Vatican Dicastery
