On this occasion, I wish all doctors, nurses, rescuers, volunteers, and medical workers a lot of physical and spiritual strength, and that your work will enjoy respect and gratitude from others,” – said Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki, President of the Polish Episcopal Conference in the message published October 19, 2020by the Archdiocese of Poznań. The Metropolitan of Poznań thanked everyone for the prayers and kindness shown to him during his illness.
Archbishop Gądecki, in connection with the constantly growing number of people suffering from COVID-19, assured us of his prayers for the intention of the sick, medical workers, and their relatives. “These days, we see that there are more and more people infected with the coronavirus. I would like to assure you that I am praying for you and joining you in these difficult circumstances. I also pray for all those who experience special hardships and for those who are worried about the fate of their loved ones,” he said in the message.
