Do not forget, the Pope prays for you all….

Pope Francis said this following his Regina Caeli address, Monday, April 13, 2020, on Easter Monday.

After praising women in his remarks at noon introducing the Marian prayer of Eastertide, recalling the remarkable example of Our Blessed Mother Mary, the Pontiff remembered all the precious ways women contribute.

After the prayer, the Pontiff remembered those countries hit gravely by coronavirus.

“I would like to remember all the countries greatly hit by the coronavirus, like Italy, the United States, Spain and France,” he added off the cuff, stressing: “I pray for them.”

“Do not forget: the Pope prays for you,” he concluded.

A few moments after concluding his remarks, the Pope surprisingly went to the window, and blessed an empty St. Peter’s Square.
