S. Dakota kills bill from survivors of Catholic school abuse

The current law in South Dakota stipulates that childhood sexual abuse survivors must sue organizations within three years of the abuse or when they discovered effects of abuse. A proposal to open a window to allow victims to sue after this time period failed in the state legislature.
